Stay Soft Night Markets bring together artists, designers, bakers, makers and collectors for a vibrant celebration of creativity and community.

Running from 2–9pm, each market features 70+ stallholders showcasing unique goods, alongside music, food vendors and licensed bars on site.

Set in the beautiful courtyard of Collingwood Yards, Stay Soft is an inclusive and diverse space that supports local creatives and fosters a shared, ethical economy through makers, collectors and recyclers.

All bookings are subject to review and approval by the Stay Soft team. Submitting and paying for a stall is an application only—your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

If your application is unsuccessful, any stall fees paid will be refunded.

We welcome a wide variety of stallholders, including:

• Independent designers and makers

• Vintage, recycled and upcycled clothing

• Jewellery and accessories

• Records, books and homewares

• Artists, collectors and other thoughtfully curated offerings

If you’re unsure whether your stall is suitable, please reach out to us via Instagram before applying.

Stay Soft is not the right fit for stalls primarily reselling mass-produced products purchased from platforms such as Temu or AliExpress. Counterfeit goods are not permitted.

Our focus is on original, independent and thoughtfully curated offerings. Thank you for helping us maintain the quality and integrity of the market.

Food and beverage bookings are available by pre-approval only.

Single Stall

• Approximately 2m × 2m

• Suitable for two clothing racks, or one rack and one table

• BYO setup: racks, tables, lighting and other equipment are not provided

Double Stall

• Approximately 4m × 4m

• Suitable for larger setups with multiple racks or tables

• BYO setup: racks, tables, lighting and other equipment are not provided

A limited number of 2m × 2m marquees are available to hire for $50 per day. Marquee hire can be selected in the Extras section when applying.

You’re also welcome to bring your own marquee. Marquees measuring up to 2m × 2m can be accommodated within a single stall. If your marquee is larger than 2m × 2m, you must apply for a double stall.
